The Product

How do I store the face mask? 

Keep sheet masks in room temperature and in a dry place. Can also be stored in the fridge to reduce puffiness. Avoid storing masks in direct sunlight. 

Are your ingredients safe?

Yes. Our product is without parabens, no alcohol, no phthalates, no sulfates, no mineral oil and no animal ingredients.

Are your masks suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes they are as according to our list of safe ingredients.

Are your masks suitable for all skin type?

Our products are suitable for all skin types. Please refer to our ingredients list for further details.

Are your masks suitable for everyday use?

Yes they are suitable for everyday use.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes our products are definitely cruelty free with no animal testing done at all!

What is the expiry of the products?

All our products have expiry dates printed on each sachet.

 

Shipping and Tracking

 

Does REI ship to East & West Malaysia?

Yes we ship to both East and West Malaysia at a flat rate of RM8. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above RM100.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment but we will be soon.

How can I track my order?

For each order that is made on our website, a tracking number will be emailed to you in order for you to track your orders.

 

Delivery 

 

How soon are purchases processed for delivery?
All orders are processed for delivery within 3 working days and an additional 2 to 5 working days to reach you via our shipping partners depending on your location. You will receive a notification with your tracking number once your order is out for delivery. Processing time may be delayed due to weekends, public holidays and could take up to 14 working days to be fulfilled. 

 

Refunds and Cancellation

 

Does REI offer returns or refunds?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns and refunds after purchase. In the case where you’ve received an incorrect order or faulty item, do drop us a mail at myreiskincare@gmail.com and we will be in contact with you very soon! 

 

Can I cancel or change my order? 

All orders are final once they are submitted.
